in the kitchen

& enjoy their own programmes.

There is a patio door giving access

to the large lawn and patio area at the rear.

A utility room with adjoining downstairs toilet

is accessed through the back door or kitchen.

The Master bedroom is en-suite

with the shower supplied from the main hot water system.

The bathroom has an electric shower

operating independently of the main hot water supply.

Bath, toilet and hand basin are also fitted.
