Situated 1/3 mile on the Antrim Coast Road from the village of Waterfoot, towards Larne, it enjoys panoramic views of the mountains and sea.

 

You can relax, enjoy the scenery & soak up the atmosphere. 

 

There are restaurants and cafés to suit all needs & you can have a good night out in a pub in the village of Waterfoot or nearby Cushendall.

At the coast, 1/3Km from Windyridge,  is the golden 1.5Km curve of Waterfoot Beach. With its gentle slope seawards providing a safe swimming area.

If you do not wish to have your meals in the kitchen there is a separate dining room.

 

A separate family room with an additional TV allows the children to operate a Playstation & enjoy their own programmes.

 

There is a patio door giving access to the large lawn and patio area at the rear.

 

A utility room with adjoining downstairs toilet is accessed through the back door or kitchen.

 

The Master bedroom is en-suite with the shower supplied from the main hot water system.

 

The bathroom has an electric shower operating independently of the main hot water supply. Bath, toilet and hand basin are also fitted.
