Our creative games and exercises benefit your organisation in lots of ways. We have developed courses to highlight wide ranging issues, building synergy, pulling together, communication, approaching change, getting to know each other, reducing conflict / turnover, setting and achieving targets and corporate goals.

The popularity of outdoor activities has grown rapidly. We are often based at Watertop Open Farm, near Ballycastle, we also have proven ability to run mobile courses at your choice of site in Northern Ireland and further afield. Since our establishment in 1990, Ardclinis has grown steadily.
